Our school is having the learning gateway installed at the moment and I have a quick question.
When are the staff and students enrolled into the gateway?

Hi Mark,

The Data Integration process that links your Integris (SIS) admin system to Scholaris creates the users (both staff and students) in Scholaris. It also maps the users name and their Active Directory account so they can seamlessly log into Scholaris once they are logged into the network at Mount Lawley. The Data Integration creates new users on a regular basis, depending on the frequency of the scheduled DI update, and suspends the users as they are removed from SIS.

Mark, one thing that I found after installing Scholaris, that in our school data base - Synergetic, a staff member was created called Robert Bullard, but no one knows him as this, in fact in the AD he was enrolled as David Bullard, username davidb. So for all of those staff who had different logins to their School Data base setup, I had to go through and manually change them in Scholaris.
