Scholaris now supports SCORM and Class Server - 21/01/2008

The latest version of Scholaris (2007.1.0) has been released.

This version includes a major update to the Learning Object Respository to include features found in most Learning Content Management Systems. Scholaris now supports the use of SCORM (1.2 and 2004v3) and Class Server (IMS and LRM) content in learning activities.

An integrated Attendance module has also been added which supports attendance marking, notification and follow up. Reporting in attendance now uses SQL Reporting Services to provide real time and statistical reports.

The application has also be redesigned to allow it to be deployed in large school districts using medium sized SharePoint server farms.
